An overall average apartment complex. This small studio place is ideal for a student looking for a temporary place to stay, maybe for a summer term or a single semester. It's definitely not a place to call home long-term. Pros: Quiet (Ideal for serious students). No lease length required. Management is friendly and usually helpful with your problems. Furnished. Cons: Small, expensive ($550/month) for something that is all one room. Kitchens have no drawers or counter space. The parking lots are small which makes parking, especially during the school term when the building is the most full, horrendous. Management will usually wait as long as they can to turn on the AC/heat, making for some sweltering nights and freezing days depending on the time of year. No washers/dryers in the unit. I'd recommend this place for a student looking for a quiet place for a couple of months.
