The neighbors are quiet, multiple cars have been vandalized and management said they are working with APD and security but both are rarely on the property. The gate is always broken and left open. Office staff are rude, maintenance requests are not completed in a timely manner. Maintenance is always professional and courteous to residents.

Poor, maintenance is slow to respond to requests unless you call and complain constantly. Appliances are replaced with other old appliances. Park at your own risk should be posted, many vehicles have been vandalized. The gate is never closed anyone can come in as they please. Security only checks on the office and stickers cares, does not keep the complex safe.
