reasons not to live here:
The manager is simply not good at what she does. I hope the property owners pay her minimum wage because that's the quality of work that she gives. She's often not there and rarely answers the phone.
Laundry facilities are poor. There are only 4 washers, one has been out of order for a couple of months, a second one just broke down 3 weeks ago. it's very hot in there & the dryers either stay on too long or don't dry your clothes completely.
the pool didn't open until about a month after summer started. other apartments in the area had there pools open about 3 weeks before copper ridge. the jacuzzi is never full and looks dirty.
The back of the apartments are trashy. There are refrigerators & all sorts of appliances next to a tool shed. No effort has been made to clean this area up. Some of the refrigerators are not chained closed...if you have kids, this is not safe.
They don't spray for insects inside of the apartment, it's against their policy.
Lighting at night is unsafe, the lights point toward the parking lot instead of the grounds where tenants walk.
The only good thing I like about this place is the location, the rent is reasonable (but you get what you pay for) and the maintenance crew are friendly.
