Sunridge Village Apartments
Resident • 2006 - 2007 Recommended
After living in Las Vegas, NV for a few months, I relocated to Las Cruces, NM and found Sun Ridge Village online and quickly signed a lease.

Sabrina the apartment manager is awesome, as is the entire crew. Especially her second in command, Tirsa, and go-to guy for just near anything Nick. The people that Sun Ridge attracts are Top-Notch. NM is a hospitable state however the people living in this complex are the best of the best.

Many times, we found each other helping one another regardless of who or what was needed. I understand now, why there are so many residents who stay as long as they can. If I was not leaving town yet again, I would definitely choose to stay with Sabrina and the gang for many years to come.

Parking is fairly descent, it's easy to figure out the routine and know when you will find great parking and when you will not. It is a very quiet community, especially now that I am gone, but everyone is great about ignoring a few loud evenings/mornings. The grounds are fair and constantly being upgraded and improved. Safety is not a concern at all. The complex is built well however, appliances are older and dishwasher and garbage disposal often gave me hell but Sabrina was quick to have it fixed.

The only recommendation is for a larger laundry room and updated washers and dryers also appliances in the apartments. Overall, I am going to miss this community so if you are reading this you should definitely join the family!
