Resident 2019

1/8/2019

As a woman, living by myself, I do not feel safe living here. If you are a family thinking of moving in, look elsewhere, because your kids will not be safe in this apartment complex. If you are a student thinking about a place closer to campus, move elsewhere. The pretty place isn't worth the price, especially for your safety. Not to mention the rude management who only cares about the money in your wallet instead of your safety and overall wellbeing? Move along. Don't be fooled by the pretty environment; they will make up excuses to come into your place, unannounced, and without warning. I had a vacation break, so I was home at an "unusual" hour in the day. Guess who came into my apartment when I was naked? You guessed it. (never got an apology from the landlord, even after complaining). My safety and quality of life are more important than a pretty place. Even with me enjoying the environment and the apartment itself, it does not make up for the fact that this place violated my privacy, violated my safety, and made it to where I do not feel comfortable here, nor do I feel welcome or respected as a resident. Even with the fancy private gates and secluded area, it is not safe because they are the ones to violate your safety and privacy.
