Front office is hard to communicate with. Requests dont get completed. Apartment is older so there are issues and they dont seem too concerned to help fix them. I have tried calling, using the app and emergency maintenance line, but it always takes so much effort to talk to them. Their gate is never closed, its always broken. They dont enforce people to pick up their dog crap so its everywhere. They charge for parking but it isnt assigned.
