Initial point of contact was great. Openings for what I was looking for and Stephanie Hill did everything she could to help me out and I provided all information requested. Then as I was moving from another state I was asked for more information I could no longer provide because I was no longer employed by the company and I had no access to the information requested. I arrived a day early and was hoping to just get my keys so that I can unload my car. Upon calling them 2 hours before close they said theyd see what they can do for me and get back to me as soon as they can. 6 o clock comes by when the office closed and no one got back to me. The next morning, on the day I was supposed to be moving in, I got a call saying some stuff had to be gone over with me and upon arriving at the office at 10am when they open Im told they need all my information again. And that based off the information I gave them I might not make enough to move in, even though I was already approved, told I was making enough, and paid the first months rent in full. Latasha, however, was very helpful in getting everything sorted out for us and understood my frustration, doing everything in her power to help me get through it all, though doing the whole process over again did eat up an extra hour of my time, when move in days are always busy, especially when coming in from out of state. Since then its been disappointing to see how lackluster the community is compared to how it is presented in photographs. The only good thing for the price tag is that we had new appliances and that everything is relatively close by in a good neighborhood. The gates need to be fixed. Period. Theres no reason for them to be down 5 out of the 7 months Ive been here, especially when a gated community is something that i was specifically looking for when I shopping around for places to live.
