I have lived here for almost a year, and let me tell you, it has been an experience. First off, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is said in your neighbor´s apartment. Second, the office workers are completely incompetant. They go through leasing agents like water, so there are always a bunch of new people running the entire office that have no idea what they are doing. Speaking of water, the water bills are outrageous. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I pay about $40/month water bill. At night, all you hear is barking dogs, car alarms, and airplanes flying overhead. It´s supposed to be a gated community, but I get at least 5 flyers a day on my door, and my car got broken into and my stereo stolen. The apartments themselves are tiny. There is a complex next door called Mesa Club. My best friend lives there. Those apartments are bigger, in the same neighborhood (of course), and have a better gym and management for $100´s less.
