Office staff changes frequently with the exception of the manager. I phoned so often they draw straws in the office to see who speaks with me next. Several times I have had to repeat my request for an exterminator visit as our name didn't get added to the list on first request.<br><br>Numerous maintenance manager changes over the course of the two years we've been here but seemingly no improvement in that arena. Building entry and garage lights - more are out than are lit. "Back" pool/spa - always something wrong (cold or low water) so can't use or else it is closed for maintenance/repair. Fitness center is an afterthought and has been vandalized on numerous occassions.<br><br>There is at least one settling crack on every wall in my "home". The entire facade is created out of foam and is frequently vandalized or is otherwise in disrepair.<br><br>I speculate the owners are keeping the property management on a shoestring budget as repair (i.e. water leaks through the ceiling during monsoon season) takes forever waiting for "owner approval".<br><br>After paying on time every month for two years, we're going to be charged $200/mo more to go month-to-month as we wait for our condo to complete construction.
