I've seen a lot of negative reviews on here, and am a little surprised. I've lived at Mesa Club since April 2006 and I love it. It's not to say we haven't had problems - we defintely have. Our refrigerator died a week after we got here - we had a new one the same day. About a month after we moved in, the upstairs apartment's water heater went & leaked all over our bathroom - it was fixed the same day, on EASTER. Our drier would dry for hours & never turn off - they came over the same day to fix it, determined they couldn't fix it, and got us a new one in a week. The biggest thing was our carpet - it smelled AWFUL no matter how many times it was cleaned or Febreezed. I had to haggle a little with the manager, but since we agreed to sign a year's lease, they agreed to put in a brand new carpet.
I agree that the office staff could be more friendly off the bat, but I've found that if you're nice to the women there, they'll be very nice to you. If you have an attitude, though, you are completely SOL.

I love Mesa Club Apts - close to everything important, things are fixed when we ask, and the rent is very reasonable.
