New to community but everyone is nice and helpful. Just new to community. Very nice and responsive staff from the very beginning of the applications process. Electronic application process made everything easier.

The property is clean and people are friendly. Staff is courteous. Pool and exercise room is fantastic! The location is ideal for all types of shopping and the apartment complex is close to the interstate.

This is the best place for care of the community. Everyone is very nice. It is also quiet and very safe. The apartments themselves are relatively quiet, there is not alot of noise between the apartments.

It's okay once you get pass the application process. The application process could be better. Other than that it's okay. Great location. Great amenities so far. Great maintenance staff so far. It is okay.

Lovely place to live in the Vegas Metro area. Traffic is getting busier but that's not fault of property just all the people moving you Vegas from CA. You have to be careful walking your pets once you leave your property grounds due to traffic.

Just love living here. The staff are amazing and if you need help, they are there in minutes. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Near schools and shops. The apartments are beautiful inside and it feels like home for me and my family

The community is good no complaints we are close to a lot of shops and restaurants my neighbors seem to be nice I would recommend la vie to others if 2 bedrooms seem pretty spacious and clean

La Vie is a great community. The maintenance staff is extremenly responsive and any work orders are completed within 1 business day. My door lock had to be replaced a few days ago and they fixed it right away within 45 minutes so I could reenter my apartment and have a safe locked door.

Great and safe community. Safe for family with children, upkeep surrounding, and the apartment has alot of storage space. Walking distance to supermarket and shops. Easy access to freeway and parkways.

I love this community. The staff are courteous and super helpful. The moving experience was easy and smooth. It's quiet and clean and very safe to live in. I would recommend this community to anyone, especially my family.

La vie is a quiet community and it is well maintained. Amenities are appropriate for what it is and there are lots of parking spaces. Overall all a nice place to live especially for the price. I can't complain.

Wonderful community. Great maintenance, clean, secure, friendly. I cant say enough great things about all the people who work here. The office staff is also fantastic,especiallt Liz. Great pool area too.

La Vie is like living in a resort. Friendly, comfortable, clean, huge heated pool/spa, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Parking is easy and it is close to many stores such as Target, Sprouts, etc. very convenient. The office staff are over the top good: friendly, professional, and efficient.

Great Location! Amazing Staff and Maintenace! Grounds are beautiful! Schools in the area are great! Only 20 minutes from The Las Vegas Strip. Hiking is close by on the outskirts of Vegas. Shopping and Green Valley Casino Resort are minutes away!

Clean and well kept, maintenance responds promptly. Several pet waste stations conveniently located. Plentiful parking for guests. Free coffee in clubhouse. Quiet community. Primary drawback is the lack of kitchen storage.

This community has been absolutely amazing!! I have had no issues with my neighbors, staff or anyone at all!! It has been by far, the best community I have lived in, in a long time! The maintenance staff is quick and understanding, they are very courteous and helpful. The front office staff is also amazing, they address any concerns very quickly and take everyone's safety and well being into consideration. Thank you, La Vie!! :)

It is a well-maintained complex. The staff are friendly and always available to help. The gas grills are always clean and ready to use. Communication is always clear and the staff always sends out reminders about upcoming projects.
