I've lived here for a few months now and can't wait to move somewhere else. It is a nicely kept area overall, the apartments are a good size with a nice layout. Parking is never a problem. I've noticed that most of the tenants here are older or working folks, yet at night I often see a sketchier crowd out hanging around which makes me feel uncomfortable. The apartments are in an area that is convenient to everything you would need and yes, the grounds are kept nice. I have an issue with the cost of living here as I feel it is too high. They will also try and nickel and dime you for every little thing, and I feel like the management is too controlling. They have forced everyone to have parking permits and be registered with them and if you don't have it on your car you can apparently get in some sort of trouble for that. I didn't have a problem with noise at first because I have quiet and elderly neighbors. Now I have someone living under me and they are extremely loud! Their baby cries all the time and let me tell you--you can hear it. They also do laundry late at night and I can hear their washing machine going. You can also hear the shower running next to you when in the bathroom in the morning. I'm not happy about the price of having pets, either. They will tack on random charges to your rent or say you owe them money when you don't. All the reviews about management are true: the main manager is very fake and will pretend to act nice to you and then send you some sneaky bill. The rest of the ladies in the front area are nice for the most part. My main issue is that I feel like I want to be controlled less by management and have more freedom, as well as I feel that I could have a more updated apartment for less money somewhere else. I'm excited to find a new apartment at the end of my lease.
