Nothing but trouble here. I Gave a full 30 day intent to vacate notice. A week after, I asked the "professional" management team what it would take to renew my lease if the arrangements for a new apartment didnt come through. They told me they would "look into it, and get back to me". Of course they never call or give notice by mail. I go in to the office to give my forewording address and they say that I have agreed to a new lease. I did not sign a new lease, nor did not speak to anyone and agree to a new lease. The manager tells me I have to give a new 30 day notice because they assume that I will sign for another year. I refuse, they threaten to sue me, I ask for their supervisor's phone, they say no. I refuse to let the issue drop. They continue to argue and tell me that they cannot give out the owners name (Who they say, lives in Russia, yes..Russia). I have no doubt that they will try to shaft me on my deposit refund. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever seen.
The maintanance sucks, the management sucks, its like living in section 8 housing. They charge 800 dollars for a one bedroom apartment. Nothing here is Luxury, although they advertise using that word.
Run, run like the wind to anywhere but here. They suck.
