Dear Anonymous, My hope would be that you give us an opportunity to make the rest of your stay enjoyable. I am sorry that you have had a bad experience. I would like to make you aware that we have courtesy patrol nightly. Americas Best Security will gladly look into any noise complaint issue such as the one you described if given the opportunity. Their phone number is on the monthly events calendar as a reminder that they are available for your convenience. I would also like to remind you that garages are available to rent for a small fee. I feel the same as you when it comes to door dings which happens to many of us when parking in any public area. Other residents have found that by parking their vehicle in a garage it is far more protected from door dings, provides them with their own guaranteed parking space as well as protects their vehicle from sun damage. Feel free to give the leasing office a call if you would like to discuss that option further. I hope that I can turn things around for you to make the rest of your stay at Mosaic an enjoyable one. Our policy is to walk the apartment with the resident on the day of move in for this exact reason. Responding to the post is not always an easy task as a lot of thought and consideration is put into each and every response. Picerne and it?s employees follow all "Fair Housing Laws" This means "anyone over the age of 18 who passes the Credit Qualifications, Occupancy Guidelines and Background Requirements? is welcomed into any of our communities. With that said we do not allow any type of illegal activity at any of our sites. 2/15/2013 Dear Anonymous, Thank You for taking the time to post your comments on apartment ratings. I apologize that you feel you were treated in an unprofessional manner. It is never our intent to come across angry,confrontational or condescending. It is our goal to make all residents feel heard and to reassure them that we will do our best to take care of their needs. As for the U- Tube video, I remember that day well. I felt very bad for your situation. It was unfortunate that the roof leak occurred. Unfortunately we cannot predict emergencies such as that one. We always do our best to get the problem remedied as quickly as possible. I thank you for your patience and understanding while we were doing the repairs in your apartment. As for the water, sewer and trash expense, you should be receiving an invoice in the mail reflecting the cost each month. If you are not receiving those I will be glad to pass that on to our utility company and get the problem rectified. The bills are sent out around the 20th of each month. The bill can be paid along with your rent on the 1st. We appreciate having you as a resident and hope that you will allow us an opportunity to change your opinion about us. In response to your comment concerning pet droppings. we as a team do our very best at keeping the grounds clean as well as try to get pet owners to pick up after their pets. I would like to encourage you to let us know if you see a resident not picking up after their pet. We will gladly speak with the pet owner. You mentioned that our maintenance team left your walls dirty after responding to a service request, I sincerely apologize. I would be happy to have our onsite painter go in and either clean or re- paint your wall at your convenience. You stated that you were not sure you wanted to renew your lease with us. I certainly hope that if you are not 100% satisfied living at Mosaic, that you would give me the opportunity to change that for you. Dear Anonymous, I am writing this response with a sincere apology for what appears to be a lack of training with the Mosaic staffing. We have recently hired a couple new team members and all though they should know Mosaics policies and procedures, they are still in the learning process. For this reason I fully take responsibility for the lack of communication on our part. As for the up keep of the grounds and amenities, we strive to uphold a high standard of cleanliness at all times. I appreciate your bringing these deficiencies to my attention so that we can have these areas addressed and corrected. It is in my best interest as well as Picerne Management to maintain this community to standard above all others. We know that there are a lot of options out there for renters today; therefore strive to provide you with a superior level of service beyond what you could get elsewhere.
