I moved into these apartments in August of 2013 my lease will be up this year in September 2014. Honestly, I cannot be more relived that my lease almost up I've already been shopping around and its only June 27th. I cannot express how made up my mind is. Well initially the apartments looked beautiful and the staff seemed very welcoming nice, and fast overall. Once I put down my deposit and went back to sign lease and additional paperwork she kept saying "Hold up, I'm almost done" and literally after being there for 30 min I asked if maybe someone who wasn't busy could help us because my husband had to go to work in 20 mins. She gave me the dirtiest look and said, "Can you come back tomorrow, as we have had a busy morning and this will take longer than 20 mins" We agreed. Came back the next morning she was even more snobby so we just left, keep in mind at this time we already had gave our $100 fee. Which guaranteed our apartment . My husband and I got home discussed everything and decided we no longer wanted to stay there as she already had made the apartments look bad even before we moved in couldn't imagine what it'd be like once were actually living there. We went back thankfully she wasn't there we met with a very nice young lady who we expressed our thoughts and concerns she allowed us to talk to manager. The manager was just as rude said "Oh well she's having family problems" Okay and?!?!?! We ALL have those and I personally don't bring them to work. Whatever though, I made it very clear I DID NOT want to deal with her anymore period. We decided to stay since we weren't getting out money back anyways and Rebecca made our experience 10x better. Finally on August 1st we moved in and our apartment wasn't even finished maintenance was rushing to fix holes in the walls, put new carpet, paint the walls etc. etc. After they "finished" we moved in officially, started unpacking and I noticed EVERY SINGLE WALL had a poorly covered hole in it. the counters were filthy. The bathrooms didn't flush properly, and literally every rooms door had a hole on it. We obviously talked to manager as this was beyond unacceptable she called the maintenance men to fix it again poorly covered holes on the doors. Literally all the doors had holes. My Husband and I decided not to stress we'd do it ourselves. We did. Now whenever we call for help with bugs and stuff they never come. They've maybe came twice and I sign up every week in the office to fumigate my apartment. There is literally dog crap everywhere that you look in the rocks. There is wild cats in my porch, at my front door, under my car, on my car. I've complained multiple times and they don't care they don't do anything about overall I do NOT recommend anyone stay in this place they are horrible with their maintenance , customer service and allow stray animals with God knows what diseases. Very unhappy!
