We moved here. The staff is very nice. But I have the neighbor from hell. We are on an end unit, we are close to the street. The noise from the street is 24/7. My neighbor upstairs has had four different people up there for the five months we have been here so far. Each staying approximately 30 days. Its very suspicious behavior. The leasing agent has spoken to him quite a few times. It still has not resolved. Our next step is to file a harrasement report with law enforcement. I called and these are the steps to take. He has broken his lease with his behavior. Also the civil court has a formal report to file a lawsuit for monetary damages for intefereing with the peace and enjoyment of our leased place. You have to sue the Tennant. It is a shame but these things happen. But the only way after you lock yourself in a lease and you find you have just rented a spot in hell, to protect yourself is to have the legal system handle everything. After all, The leasing company has a legal obligation to adhere to the agreement to maintain the peace and enjoyment of a Tennant.
