Pinar Del Rio
Former Resident · 2016 - 2018
Our experience was terrible. We had lived there for a few years. We decided to ask about a wo bedroom. We were informed there was only one but we would have to immediately leave our unit for another. We had moved there because of the no pet friendly lease. We were told that there was one service dog where we wee moving. Respecting that need we accepted. When we got to the others side of the complex there were eight dogs. Anibel. The leasing agent was Violating the no pet policy indicated on the leases and allowing the pets here. My self and my husband are seniors. We both were bitten by the dogs. We left the property due to at our age dog bites may cause infection badly at our age. We had brought animal control in. Retaliation started a week after. We were billed over two thousand dollars for fraudulent charges. We now have Anibel and the pinar del Rio under investigation. We have charged Anibel with Abuse to the fisabled and elderly. As I am disabled. She is currently under investigation. Also the Office of inspector Generals office has taken this case. We have since moved out of state and sought legal services. We have decided to go forth with legal action to reclaim moving cost, damages for the dog bites as we were injured on the property as a result of the violation in lease terms by Anibel the leasing manager. Nevada laws does not have too much you usually can do. But our Commonwealth state attorneys and senior abuse services do. I recommend do not lease here.
