Not happy

Feeling very frustrated today. Not even summer yet and already AC issues, freezing up and not working. Same thing last year, they put a bandaid on things and raise the rent, not worth $2100 a month. AC company came last year and told offi e that a pipe was blocking what he need to do, nothing ever done and here we are again! So frustrated already. I'm not paying a $500 monthly utility bill again this year, BS!

    Very nice place to live

    This place is nice to live. Is quiet and clean. The pool is beauty and clean. The security is a plus 24/7 and the staff is alright. I been living here close to 3 years and I’m happy so far. Keep the good work Cynthia and make this place better and better every day.

      Simply the worst experience is you have any issue

      DO NOT RENT HERE! If you see a good review it's because they didn't have any issues. When there is an issue, below is what you can expect Cindy Wireman, the manager, doesn't care about the security so now homeless people are sneaking into the property through the back gate which is supposed to be locked, and sleeping on the property near people’s homes. According to the staff here, this has happened before. She also lies to the residents and steals by charging fees that are not warranted. Then she tries to blame the resident for her mistakes and is ignorant and rude in doing so. She also threatens this this mistake happens again she would not refund the money, insisting that it isn't their fault. For example, I had paid 62 straight rent payments on time but she had the ignorance to say that I should pay my bills on time when they charged me for lapsed renters insurance that had not lapsed. It was their mistake. She was disgustingly ignorant and disrespectful in the way she handled it. Her current scam is to show prospective tenants a model and not the apartment they will be renting.         Ask to see where you will live

        This place lies, they show you a nice model then move you into a junk apartment. They only care about the space they work in and they act like the people that live here are a burden. If you tell Cindy about something she gives you a fake voice with a fake smile then does absolutely nothing. I had a friend that lived here and told me to move here when I came from another state. I regret it so bad. There are so many options in vegas, my friend hadn't lived here in a couple of years so he didn't realize how bad it was. Everything is old, they don't paint the carpet is the same age as the complex , the counter tops look like crap, the cabinets are peeling and you can't clean them. the only thing I like is the garage but it's not worth it I am moving as soon as my lease is up. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was at first on the fence about which place to chose but she made it an easy decision. When I move I will be coming here.             I found this place driving down the street looking for a new area that I thought would be a breath of fresh air and it turned out to be a horrible nightmare. This place was not ready for move in from the dirty carpet, dust everywhere, and appliances fallen apart. I Was harassed, monitored, talked down too and also discriminated against. In my own home! MANAGEMENT are very nasty and rude like when trying to resolve any issues that they claim are happening. I was threatened and talked down too a few times by management (Jimmy-who is no longer on the premises I assume, and the new manager Cynthia) about appliances that needs upgrades (their so loud that you can’t use them in your own home and if so only in the daytime) “said by management” you can’t have no company, you can’t listen to music or watch your TVs because the walls are so thin. Also neighbors do not understand that they live around others so the comfort and peace of someone’s else home should never be an issue especially during this pandemic that is still currently in affect…..Security does nothing to solve any problems, it has been gun… See More>

              Lived here for over 3 years. Management is terrible. Love the grounds and facilities..the maintenance guys are top notch, but there's always an issue with the management staff. The manager Jimmy is non responsive and combative with any issues that arise. Several times I've been misinformed or lied to..for instance, I stopped in the office to ask what my total rent payment would be, the office staff couldn't tell me exactly for a couple days. And then when Jimmy finally responded, I went to drop off rent and the office staff said I didn't have the right amount..that has happened more than a few times. When I moved from one apartment to another they assured me I was all set for the "upgraded" apartment, but the week I had my move scheduled they informed me that my new apartment had already been rented and I would have to wait 2 weeks and pay the additional fees along with an increased month to month rent rate...and then after I finally moved in- the new apartment didn't even have the upgraded vinyl floors like I had been promised and was paying extra for.                 The first impression I had of this place was really good. It's a well kept and nice to look at property. I've had several issues living here, starting off with noise issues. I can hear my neighbors on both sides of me speaking word for word if they're in the room on the other side of the wall. Not only that but the garages quite literally shake the entire upstairs, my own as well as my neighbors. The staff is polite and helpful, but when it comes to providing a cozy, home-like feel, they fall short. Knowing that this is Las Vegas, I know I can't except to have the most upstanding neighbors. So when I discovered the lock to the front and garage doors were basically just a cheap latch, I laughed out loud and promptly changed the locks. My garage also seems to have another persons remote synced to it because it opens randomly a lot when I'm asleep or not home, which means it is left open for hours.                   This is worse then Sundance on Rainbow and Charleston!! if anyone knows about that druggy bug infested place also know this is no improvement, Horrible neighbords, LOUD, robbery happeneing several times, rude staff who also lives in the complex. you never able to get away from them, small gym, if your dog is over 20 pounds be prepared to me harassed and evicted(they won't tell you that before you sign the paper they lie and say pet friendly, Doesn't matter if you are downstairs or upstairs you can hear both your neighbors, you can hear their garages and fans going on and off, this place is infested with flies, people don't clean after their dogs and maintenance doesn't clean up either, the walls are thin and get dirty very easily, doors break off several times. I COULD GO ON! do not pay their over priced rent for such horrible horrible living!

                    The staff sends emails to all residents that say "no smoking, no sex, no momo dresses, and no thongs allowed at the pool". Then you go to the pool and a argument happens during a kids party and a dirty guy pulls out a gun and the crowd of kids go running. The place is section 8, dirty and unsafe. Just last week another police raid was held in a unit. Maintence sucks, the office staff are terrible and the units are outdated.

                      We have lived here close to 5 years now. We are in a 2 bed 2 bath 2 car garage flat. We really enjoy the direct access garages, and the porch we also have. Eventually, we pen on moving into a 2 or 3 bedroom town house. For the money, this I'd the best community out there with the amenities offered. Staff is always nice and professional, and maintnance fixes problems quickly. The only problem I have is that the decor in the homes is quite outdated. The appliances are quite old, although efficient they are white, and not really too modern.the cabinets ate horrible natural wood colored, which screams early 2000's. The counters are laminate and it shows as old knife marks are in the laminate from other tenants. Also, the lenolium floors are a little outdated as well. Our washer and dryer seem like they are literally on life support, and we're just waiting for the day the hot water heater blows, as maintenance has already said it's on the last leg. I think the property is beautiful, and we'll maintained I just think some upgrades would be nice concidering the price point and age of the property.

                        Overall this isn't a bad place, but I'm going to point out some of the negatives. First of all, do NOT get an apartment which is directly above your neighbors' garages. When the door opens below you, it sounds like a freight train is rolling through your place. Given a lot of people are "industry" workers you can expect that train to be rolling through at some very odd hours of the night. This is my #1 reason for not renewing my lease here. If you like to use the pool, be prepared to share it with a LOT of kids, unless you're hanging there on a weekday. I don't mind most kids, but when you're in the water talking to someone and a kid cannonballs next to you, it can get a little irritating. There is a rather "large" woman who is there every weekend whose kid specializes in this. The carpet they put in these units is some of the cheapest stuff I've ever seen.                             This place is not worth it. The apartments are not kept up with and management sucks. They will smile at you to your face and then laugh about you openly; they are fake to say the least. They are also setting themselves up for a lawsuit; with regards to the pet policy. If one resident is told they are not allowed a pet over 30 lbs then how come others are? When asked about this it was stated that the weight restriction does not apply if it is a service animal. So if you have a dog that you want to keep and it is over 30 pounds make sure you go to the doctor and get a prescription for the animal. Oh and yes this is very legal and management cannot deny you your pet. This is what is going to be happening all over this complex. Go to a better place and spend your money.

                              We just moved out on October 31st, we cleaned the place from top to bottom, even cleaned the old carpet. Had a guy do a walk through and he was a prick but said it looked good. We then got a witness who lived nearby and she said the place looked great. Now i just received a letter from them saying we owe over $100 for carpet damages, which is a bunch of bull ----!!! When we moved in I noticed that every Apt that was being vacated was having the carpet ripped up and replaced by a fake wood floor. I asked the workers why we didnt get a wood like floor and they said we were moving in to fast. They said that the carpet was old and used in most of the apts so they were getting rid of it and replacing it with the vinyl.                                 This place is the worst place ever. The staff are horrible. I feel like a fraud place where u dont have a say. I got 2 issue w the staff here. First, i only live at this apartment and i already annoy by the guard out there. At first i pick the place because the live guard but i total request it. Asking me for id everyday even i told them my name address, and phone number. The most funny thing was i get id when i live there and my friend only have to give the name to come in. Second, when i leave the place i got the bill which i strongly belive i got charge extra 1 month utility which i can see it from the bill. I went and talk to the manager christine which was the one who made the bill. The was being friendly and listen to my explanation.                                   we moved in June of 2011, we have a 2 bed 2 bath with 2 car garage. the place is nice and quiet. love the guard at the gate. the only problem in the begining was idiots parking in red zones or parking in the garages, however they have a new security company and that seems to have taken care of the issue. the pool is heated and nice, always clean. the people here are nice, the management is always willing to help. have never had an issue with maintnance. everything is fixed usually same day unless parts are needed. overall its a nice place and we will be renewing our lease again.

                                    They charge 200 dollar cleaning fee. When you move out they make you clean spotless or they take out of your deposit ?? Interesting! So I cleaned spotless and had Maintance do the walk through on Video. Yes I videoed it and walk out inspection perfect. Moved in my new place and the took all my deposit saying we had a pet visit. Had no pets the carpet when I moved in was used and not clean. But anyway. Everything perfect and no money! It is illegal. I will be getting my money back!                                       BEWARE of untrustworthy maintenance!

                                      Im not gonna recommend this apartment..just moved out after 17 months..guard gated..so classy..but since they know that we will be moving out (been friendly with the maintenance and office worker)..I lost my TAG HEUER watch...but since i dont have any evidence of them getting it..i cant file any complaint..maintenance guys are the only ones who go in and out of our house since our garbage disposal is always broken every now and then...too bad for us that we befriend them..they know our schedule..like what time we go to work and comes back..when we moved out..they even sent us a letter saying that we have to pay for carpet replacement $1300...WTF!!!when we moved in there the carpet is 3 yrs old already...we vacuumed everything and its clean when we left...now tell me how are we gonna contest with that stupid price that they like us to pay them???im not gonna recommend this place to anyone else!!!Better find a better apartment that is cheaper and with nice and trustworthy employees...if you have 2 cars and live in a 1 car garage..its too hard to find a parking space...NOT GOOD at all!!!!

                                        The maintenance is good.. people are, in my opinion, feels really family-oriented. There is security guard 24 hours..feels really secure compared to other apartments. Every thing is classy. It feels like you're living in a condominium for a 3 bedroom apartment since there are attached garages and 2 floors. Neighborhood is nice. Management is good too. So far, the only negative that i can point out is that the At&t service signal is low inside the house but good outside..that's pretty much all i can say, so far.

                                          When we first moved in, we liked the place a lot. But since the recession hit they lowered the rent considerably and a whole new demographic started moving in. We also got a new office staff to match the new tenants. We live in the smallest unit available, a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 garage. We pay $1015. I noticed on the website that they lowered the rent of a 2 bedroom townhouse with a 2 car garage from $1300 to $1050. So I went in and told them that we would sign a new lease for that price. The girl told me that I couldn't do that, although I had been told on the phone that I could. When I showed her the website, she very rudely said, "I don't care what the website says, I WORK HERE, I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT." Even if we were to sign a new lease for the apartment we are in now, they still want us to pay $1015, which is more than $200 less than they have listed on their website.                                             I think other than your everyday gripes and things that are beyond managements control this place is wonderful. SUCH a great location, the southwest is brand new with awesome new shopping centers going up every day. The pool is well kept and the landscaping is impeccable. It really does impress visitors and still me, a resident! The security guards are sometimes a little off but overall effective. Management is helpful when they want to be. I get the distinct feeling they know if you leave someone else will rent your place so they don't value their residents. Maintenance is timely. Can't beat the location and floorplans. I have a 3 bedroom w/a 2 car garage and feel like I live in my own home!

                                              The worst place---Management Sucks

                                              Anybody who is planning to rent this apartment ----- Beware From outside it looks .Guard Gated Nice pools and well maintained building. But unfortunately that s the fracas, the buildings are old and the interiors crumble up every day. The accessories are all old, I have problem with the dish washer, garbage disposal and the heating system. I had talked with other neighbors and they have similar concerns. The worst part is the management: I think they need to change the ladies out there and get some energetic people to run this place. The more I say the worst would come out and I would leave at that.                                                 NEVER GET EVICTED!

                                                We live in a downstairs unit.....we have the worst neighbors upstairs....they fight, play music loud, walk around like elephants and after almost 12 months, they are still here. Even the neighbors across the way complained to management about these people and I have just filed my fourth complaint, along with my husbands two - what does it take to get someone out of here? Apparently no one gets evicted here. ...and you can leave your garbage can out 24/7 even though they say it will be confiscated and you will have to pay to get it back if you leave it out longer than pickup day....no fine for your dog pooping all over the place either and you just ignoring it. We will be out of here as soon as our lease is up!!!

                                                  I'ved lived here for just over a year, and I have read all of the reviews. I moved here from Maryland...you want to talk about value. Just try and find this much square footage for this low price! I am pleased with the layouts,and I have a unit over 3 garages. Had I thought this through, I might have chosen another plan. My neighbors leave promply at 4:30 each morning, then the wife leaves at 5:15. Noisy, yes, but that is not the worst of it. I did encounter ants at the change of season. I couldn't determine if they were coming in from the garages or not. I suspect that since there is no insulation, they migrate in from the roof/eaves. I opted to spray myself so I could be thorough and not get spray on my belongings. Yes , the package mailbox remains broken {after a year!], and the millwork/cabinets are very cheap, and the doors were replaced twice and still do not match!
