We hope that we can take this opportunity to address your concerns and possibly clear up any misunderstandings.
As with any structure, repairs and renovations are necessary from time to time. We recently had a staining project on concrete at the office entry, as well as the pool area. Because of this, residents have had to use an alternative entry to the office. Happily, the caution tape was taken down this week, and residents can access both sides of the mail room, clubhouse and office now.
Along with the staining project, we are completing repairs on the pool deck. We had to close down the pool temporarily to replace a piece of decking that was near the entry to the pool. The repair is now complete as well. When we have repair or renovation projects that will take a significant amount of time, we post notices and communicate with residents about the temporary inconvenience. We apologize if any of these communications missed you!
