I won't recommend strongly to live here for the simple fact that this is the second time that one of our cars have been stolen, the first time it happened to my ex roommate 4 months ago, she had a Nissan Maxima 2003 and someone stole the car in the middle of the night, the next day the car just disappeared without leaving any clues to guess how they did it. This exact situation happened this monday 01/25/2016, now my car a Toyota Camry 1990 disappeared from the garage spot!! It is insane!! As you can see both cars were soooo old that you can not even imagine someone stealing them! But yes it happened, we called Towing company and nothing and we did as the previous case filed the report with the Police. The worst thing is that Sonoma Point does not have any cameras or any kind of security even after the first theft, they just washed their hands saying they can not do anything! I have been living here since September 2014 and they said next year 2014 they will put gate, we were waiting and they put it like sooo late like between october and november 2014 and since then I have never seen the gate closed!! It is all the time open so that anybody INCLUDING THIEVES found soooooo easy to come in the community!! It is completely open to the street Jones and they can for sure take cars even just pushing them to the street! DO NOT LIVE HERE.. I am trying to finish or ask exemption in my lease contract before cause I do not want to live here anymore, and even mention the kind of neighbors you could find here! And you can't see even the name of the complex in the night cause they do not light the sign. . there are no lights here!! It is sooo dark that is why people steal here it is sooo easy, they do not care about the security for residents!
