I moved to las Vegas from Montana 6 months ago. I had rented my apartment over the phone, wasn't sure what I was to expect. I was coming into Las Vegas my Uhaul full and I was like 3 hours late. The manager stayed at work to make sure I was able to get my keys. While I lived there I found the office staff, and maintenace men to be warm and pleasent to deal with. All of them were very helpful. When my A/C went out the office contacted me to make sure my family was okay and assured me my air would be fixed. Sure enough by that evening it was up and working. The property although older it is well kept and quiet. I was nervous when I found it was on boulder hwy, however Sunrise Springs isnt effected by the boulder Hwy elements, the staff there makes it a point to know their residents and children, and they make sure that anyone not belonging there isnt there. They are proud of their property and it shows. I would recommend Sunrise Springs. I moved because I bought a house or I would have stayed. I am sad to leave, and I am going to miss Brandy and her staff.
