Hi Tze, thank you for taking the time to share your input. We understand that your move in experience was not ideal and our team worked with you on the best solution and credited you for the inconvenience as well. If all was not to your satisfaction, please do let our team know so that this can be addressed. The recent water shut off was due to a water emergency being reported directly to the water district by residents. This left our team with no opportunity to get notices out. Our team, however, was able to get notices out on 2/22 for a scheduled water shut off today 2/25 as well as a reminder sent out on Sunday. Efficient resident communication is a priority for the Topaz team, it is never our intention to cause residents frustration. We appreciate your input as it will help our team to further improve. We hope to have it resolved shortly.The laundry machines are owned by an outside vendor but we would gladly put in a work order with them to repair any broken machines. Please be patient as some pest control solutions take multiple treatments to reach resolution. We bring in a professional pest control service weekly to perform treatments as a complimentary service for our residents that request treatments. We have been encouraging residents to keep their apartments homes clean and tidy. This is the time of year when summer pests make their appearance and as a community we need to be extra vigilant and make sure that we are all taking the proper prevention precautions.
