Thank you so much for your feedback. I understand it can be frustrating when residents don't clean up after their pets. On 4/24/14, We delivered a notice reminding residents to please always pick up after their pets. We are also able to address the issues directly if you ever notice who is not complying with the policy. We have a new cleaning schedule in place that includes more frequent power washing. This new schedule should really help keep the stairs and walk ways cleaner. I have addressed this with both maintenance technicians. I apologize if a message was missed. We do check the messages three to four times daily. Please keep in mind that due to the staff size based on the size of the community there is often one person running the leasing office. We are often out touring the property, with a resident, or on the other line. We hate to miss anyone though, so never hesitate to either leave a message or e -mail us directly.
