Resident 2014

10/27/2014

I have lived here for about 6 months. It has been a long wait for all of the amenities to re-open but it was worth it. I thought they were doing just some minor improvements and changes but the front pool looks like a resort style pool with private cabanas, a BBQ area with built in ice coolers and a flat screen TV. They play enjoyable music by the pool which is really like your at a 5 star hotel or something. They added a fireplace and furniture and are keeping the pool open year round so even if your not going to swim you can still enjoy all the extra things they added. The fitness center has everything! I seriously don't need my membership anymore at Golds! lol, they have TVs on the cardio machines and everything you can think of including free weights. I will admit they have gone through a lot of changes in staff with like 4 managers and maintenance people but it is all coming together. I completely get all the peoples reviews before me but it's really not that bad. I mean, you live in an apartment, your not the ONLY one here. It seems as though people only write the negative on reviews but what about all the good things? I love it here, I was skeptical when I first moved in because nothing was available to me but it really is a beautiful property in a perfect location! I LOVE it here :)
