I live in the Preserve's for almost a year. I was extremely unhappy with the customer service and the unfriendly staff. Please stay attention to all the small details in the lease. Specifically they request a 30 day notice before moving out. I spoke with staff on three different occasions inquiring about moving out steps. I asked what I needed to do and they mentions many other things but not the 30 day WRITTEN notice. I believe they are trained to do certain things to get more money out of people. When we tried to discuss the issues with the staff they were defensive, rude, and augmentative. Overall poor customer service.
Maintenance was okay and we did not wait for more than a week for repairs. The pool was always dirty and on several occasions the hot tub was broken when we went to use it.
There are many other apartment complexes to choose from. I'd save yourself a headache and inconvenience and lease from a different apartment.
