Nevada Hills Apartments
Resident · 2012 - 2013
I have lived here for about six months now, and I have no complaints. I have never had any issue with getting a problem fixed by the next day. I have never had any issues with their laundry rooms. I have lived in two other apartments in the area and this apartment so far is the most likable in my opinion. All the other apartments in the area are either shared living, tiny, or expensive. Considering the size, features, and location of the apartments, they really are a steal for the price. It is true you only get one parking pass per room that you rent, but the apartments are very close campus so this prevents anyone from selling their parking passes. There is plenty of free parking on the streets around it. As for moving in, I simply informed management I would have an extra vehicle and I had no issues. In fact, I had no issues with parking the six months I have lived here, and yes, I have someone who is a permanent resident with me in my one bedroom, who has his own car. He parks it on the street and has never had an issue with it. This is near campus living, mainly for students, not luxury condominiums. If you are expecting a luxury condo, you will be disappointed; if you are expecting a manageable apartment close to campus, then you will be pleased.
