over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Although our office is temporarily closed to the public to adhere to safety and health recommendations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to have an on-site management team and we will dedicate more time to regulating parking. Hello Tracy Merritt, Thank you for reviewing Home Suites Apartments. We understand your concerns, and we have been making changes to improve our community. Our rental rates now include gig-speed internet by GigaMonster and DirecTV cable with DVR services. We have also been upgrading our apartment homes with wood-plank flooring and replacing appliances. We do hope that this added value will benefit our residents. We do appreciate your input. Thank you!

Hello, Anonymous. Thank you for taking the time to review Home Suites Apartments. We apologize that you have had to deal with these inconveniences. As far as the notices go, they are regarding the DirecTV set-up. We apologize that they have had to reschedule multiple times. Unfortunately, we do not have control over when they come in. Upon reviewing the account, we have not seen any work orders put in for a number of the problems. Please give us a call so we may get them taken care of. Per the manager, your internet was supposed to be reimbursed upon us receiving your bill, so please bring it by the office so we may resolve it. We value you as a resident and it is very important to us that we take care of these issues for you. Please let us know if you need anything else. Thank you.
