This place used to be great when we moved in, but over the past handful of years it's fallen completely in the toilet. Maintenance doesn't fix anything, and if they do decide to show up, the do a half-assed job. Then you'll have to call them back again when it breaks again...so they can do another half-assed job...and on and on it goes. For example, our downstairs door had been broken for 7 months. SEVEN. MONTHS. It wouldn't close for the longest time, then they fixed that, but it never locked. This is a HUGE security risk for the people in the building. Not to mention the number of times my car had been broken into, and the staff does all they can to avoid responsibility. Avoid at all costs!

We are sorry to hear that your interaction with our maintenance staff is not to your satisfaction. We do acknowledge it took some time to address. We take our residents' safety and security very seriously and ask all residents to notify the Rental Office if there are any issues with their home or vehicle. The Village of Menands Police do an excellent job being present on and around our community and are always made aware of the few incidents that are reported to the Rental Office. The Police Department also does a good job notifying Menands residents of any activity that may be moving through the area.
