Williamsburg Village looked like decent apartments. All their floor plans are the same. The livingroom/dining room area is large, but the bedrooms and kitchen seemed a bit small, especially the 2nd bedroom. There was not a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. The apartments themselves were well kept, and do come with a W/D but it's the Manhatten Style, so it is not full size. Also, the balconies/patios looked out onto common areas, so don't expect a secluded view. It may prove to be noisy in the summer with the amount of children. Dumpsters and mailboxes were conveniently located, and the area seemed to be habitated by professionals or young families. Some units have gas, and others are electric and the ones with gas are a bit more expensive per month. I can't say that I was horribly impressed with the woman showing me around. She never introduced herself to me, and didn't even acknowledge my company. I decided not to move there because ultimately, I did not feel the floor plan suited my needs. But, the rents are attractive, and look like a good deal for your money.
