I've lived here for two years now, and am very happy. It is a very well-maintained, quiet area surrounded by protected forest with hiking trails. The area is mostly young families and professionals, and is generally very quiet and friendly. The grounds are well-maintained by the staff. The apartments are in buildings of six, with the two units on the end having no apartment above, so they are very quiet. My utilities run from $120 in the summer to $220 in the winter, with gas heat. The apartment itself is very open, with a large living room and dining room area. The main bedroom is of good size, but the second is quite small, more like an office. I absolutely love having my own washer/drier, that is one of the main reasons I got this apartment. It isn't huge but it gets the job done for 1 or 2 people. My biggest gripe is there isn't a lot of storage space. I have every single closet packed, and I am running out of places to put things. I've had very few problems with the apartment in my two years, so I can't offer much comment on the quality of maintenance. The few minor issues I have had were resolved in a day or so.
