I have had a horrible experience dealing with the maintenance staff and when I reported an issue, the local manager was very disrespectful to me. The maintenance man entered my apartment with no notice while I was home and not fully dressed. I told him repeatedly to get out and he ignored me and just stood there looking at me. After reporting the issue, the local Tricity manager called me to hear my side of the story, but it was clear he had already made up his mind about the situation and he was very rude to me. He would not even agree to not allow that peeping tom back to my apartment. The apartment was just okay otherwise. The rug is the cheapest material and I've been vacuuming it for months and it still sheds lots of fibers. I live on the first floor and my apartment doesn't get any direct sunlight. Even though you pay for your own hot water, the water temperature isn't consistent when your neighbors are using the cold water for anything. You also have to wait minutes for the water to get hot. Very disappointed.
