A lot of $ for terrible service and lack of compliance with Amer with Disabilities Act (they've been sued and settled a Federal case in another bldg.) A lot of little things here don't work - making this the most overpriced bldg that you can imagine. Fire alarm is notorious for going off at all hours (always followed by a note w/ some glitch), parking spots are on top of each each other in the garage, the door for the 'secure' garage is left open when it snows bc they don't want anyone to slide into the gate - making it less than secure. A neighbor's jewelry was stolen from her apt in this 'secure' building. Took over 4 months to get a simple window that wouldn't stay open fixed. The chemicals used by their vendors to clean are enough to kill a small farm animal. Nice people, but serious lack of follow through on issues. Apartments are tiny for what you pay - you could live in White Plains and be in a much larger place. Kitchens here are cheap and small - for this fee we get laminate floors and countertops. Bathroom fan is inadequate, so the place is always hot and steamy after a shower - and no heating/cooling vents in there so it is either hot or freezing. Took them over 6 months to put recycling bins in the mailroom, despite multiple requests. Do your homework - don't be fooled by the glitz and glamor or you'll be disappointed.
