I was employed as a concierge at Landmark for two years, as an insider I have witnessed upper management along with the "Super" do absolutely nothing to accommodate tenants, upper management only cares about receiving your rent on time, but if you have maintenance issues in your apartment, well forget thinking they would care, your ceiling can basically drop on you and they won't care! I have also witnessed the "super" close maintenance tickets without actually fixing anything only because he said upper management and the owners were monitoring maintenance requests and he didn't want them so see how many he had, the problem with that was he would close them, forget about them and then the problem would get worst, this has caused frustration from tenants and I completely understood why. I would also like to include that the building is owned by Naftali Group... They also really don't care about how their building is being ran or how their tenants are being treated, as a caring employee I tried to bring justice to the tenants by bringing these situations to light, I must say it did backfire but if I had the opportunity to do it again I would, I am completely against injustice, and it is a luxury residential building, so renting tenants should be treated as such!
