The Kissling Interest is by far the worst apartment management company you could possibly rent from in WNY. I guarantee that you will NOT receive your full security deposit back after you lease has expired, even though you return the apartment EXACTLY (or evenSee More >

Terrible building management, and a horrible company to rent from. Employees are disrespectful, undereducated, and very difficult to work with. Complaints are met with condescension through vacant eyes and trashy demeanor (Think Cheektowaga meets Black Rock) All renovations/improvements are done half-assed. Maintenance was great for a while,See More >

I have lived at this address for just under a year and can honestly say I will not be renewing my lease. This company only cares about money. The Ambassador has a building manager who is inept and lacks sufficient communication skills. See More >

Currently renting. I think my apartment is nice looking. Hard wood floors and rounded doorways. Size is just right. Great view on the rooftop though of Buffalo skyline and Lake Eerie.
Management is tough to deal with. Very fee happy. See More >

This is a terrible place to live. I moved out about a year ago, due to the problems with management, terribly maintained apartments, and awful tenants throughout the complex.

The apartment went through changes with management in the 1999/200 time frame. The previous managementSee More >

I´ve been a tenant since June 2000, and have been very dissapointed with this crap hole. The maintenance worker (jim) is a joke, he enters apartments as he likes, wihtout even knocking... at inconvienent times. The manager (denise) is NEVER in herSee More >

Avoid apartment buildings owned by Kissling Interests at all costs. To call the property manager a "complete moron" is overly simplistic. The manager of the 175 North St building (Tamar) does not return phone calls or emails. She has little to no knowledge of theSee More >

I normally do not post reviews of companies, but this company takes the cake AND eats it ALL too! To start things off, the property managers are pretty horrible, missed appointments, no call backs when first interested, when I was calling them with questions, they actedSee More >

Here's the story. My friend and I wanted a place in the city, preferably Allentown this past June. After searching and looking at places we decided upon an Apartment owned by the Kissling interests just one street away from Allen. We had read reviews that wereSee More >

I loved living here! Anyone who ever came to visit was always impressed by the cute features of the apartment. Everything seemed newly renovated and clean. I read all of the poor reviews prior to moving in and was worried, but I never had anySee More >

Very dissapointed with management. Nice building, but very different then it is portrayed on website. Gate parking is nice, but never gets plowed!!! Not worth the rent!!!
