Resident 2013 - 2014

5/31/2015

I lived here for a year and loved it. Wonderful old building (through it does come with some of the issues old buildings have like poor insulation) with fantastic views of the city, friendly staff and residents, etc. Occasional problems were usually fixed pretty quickly.See More >

Pretty amazing you get bad reviews by tenants that have got evicted but yet the occupancy is at 100% with a waiting list to rent here at Westbrook! We must be doing something right and that is "we care about our tenants".See More >

I'm staying in a corporate apartment for a few months during student teaching. I've been here almost 2 months now. Everything is very clean and in great shape. The washers and dryers are brand new, and the lobby is very nice. There are security cameras everywhere,See More >

Apartments are fine, but if you want a half way responsible management team do not stop here. Borderline As#holes from the second the ink dries on the page. Avoid this team of undereducated, underevolved ill bred should be suzy homemakers! If security and heat areSee More >

Walls are paper thin, management is extremely rude and although the apartments are beautiful it is not worth living in the 'retirement home environment'.See More >

I've been living in the Westbrook for about 2 years, and it is easily one of the nicest buildings in the area. One of the cool things is that each apartment is different; I have hardwood floors and crown molding. Very classy. See More >

I lived here for 2 weeks. If you like a really quiet apartment, i guess this is for you. If you want to watch tv past 8pm on a Saturday night be warned that you will probably be getting complaints from the neighborsSee More >

My previous post was a 1-week post, so I decided that I'd give a 7-month report to see if anything changed. The apartment is still relatively quiet (with your TV/radio off, you can hear your neighbor's), with one exception being the extremely obnoxious skateboardersSee More >
