This is one of the only apartment complexes that allows larger pets. As with some of the other reviews, management says they will replace any appliance that doesn't work. Well of course when we moved in, in the August heat, the AC didn't work for beans. We told them about it twice before they finally removed it and put in a small window unit that didn't even work. After complaining again, we got the run-around saying that one was ordered. After a couple more weeks the maintenance guy said it was in, but we never saw it. Finally they said a week later that they had ordered all that they could for 2006 and we were at the top of the list for a new one next year. I am betting that won't happen either.I cut up a sheet of plywood and covered the hole left by the old unit for some insulation during the winter. Insulation is terrible...it is freezing in the front of the apartment and the electric bill is outrageous for a freakn' apartment. I have learned from being here even such a short time that if you want something fixed...fix it yourself! If you wait 2-3 weeks for the pathetic half-witted maintenance guy to come, you will get a [email protected]$$ job done. The grounds are also poorly kept up. They recently patched the roofs of several buildings, but there are shingle scraps everywhere. The dumpster area is always such a mess because the people there throw trash everywhere and management doesn't enforce any rules or get after people to do anything.Parking is so-so depending on what time you come home, most spaces may be full. Though it may be tempting because they allow pets, you will pay for it in the long run. It is not worth living here!
