I have lived here for a few years now and I really can't complain. The apartment's aren't huge but they are just the right size for a two bedroom apartment. Whenever there is a problem, maintenance comes right away and are VERY polite. So far everything that was broken has been fixed right away. Our refridgerator broke and it was replaced less than 30 minutes from when they arrived which I found really impressive. The only downfall since I have lived there is the snow removal and pot holes. It seemed as if they waited until the storm was over to plow. The ice became huge rock-like bumps to drive over, which added with the pot holes all over stunk to drive over. I understand it is a large complex with several lots and buildings, but there is really no excuse for that many huge pot holes, or leaving several inches of ice blocks all over to drive over. Other than that there are many amenities like the pool, laundry service downstairs, that make it easy to live there. The staff is friendy and maintenance like I said is great! There are also animals around the complex often. Mostly deer, ducks and rabbits...sometimes skunks but at least no rats! I enjoy driving out of the lot to see deer running around or ducks playing in the creek.
