Do not RENT here. over priced, goes up 10 dollars every year. and you get nothing. Laundry is horrible, no coin machine or anything. thin walls you can hear everything up down and side. patios are rotting in most cases. BUGS. Look else ware. you will not be happy after move in only plus is heat and basic cable are included if you do rent here top floor is you best bet!!!!!!!!!!!
