Its not bad...
Its not bad. The neighbors are not friendly...not even the maintenance people. The don't even say hello when they walk passed you. I have a two bedroom apartment and I can hear everything the tenants do upstairs. Luckily they aren't homeā¦Ā See More >HockeyMom1688

LOVE IT
After looking at MANY apartments and townhomes, found this jewel in my work "backyard". The leasing agent and staff are super friendly. When viewing the apartment the first thing I noticed was NO SMELLS ... the carpet looks brand new or VERY gentlyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

A little pricey but a good place to live
I have lived there for 4 years and it is by far the best apartment I have lived in (out of 4 previous places). The styling is old and boring but the buildings are built and maintained well and are vacuumed several times aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great place to live
I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. The apartment itself is in great condition with updated (not brand new) fixtures. I looked at 15 apartments in the Syracuse area before deciding on renting here.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Very Bad Service and Management and Condition
There are rats everywhere. The noises from rats in the wall can be heard clearly in the night. The office did nothing but give several rat traps. Parking is very inconvenient. The assigned parking spot was always occupied by visitors The staff in the officeā¦Ā See More >familyoffaith

Prior reviews must be disgruntled evictees
I have lived in Franklin Park Apartments for over 8 years and have never had the problems that the previous review listers noted with the exception of the one flood that was strictly Mother Nature's doing. Everyone, including the neighbors and management and office staff,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Outdated and gross!!
The apartment I stay in has recently had the paneling on the corridors removed but after almost one year, they have still not finished painting it. The grounds are not very well kept, trash and dog crap everywhere. The apartments definately need an interior facelift.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

ANTI-KID
We lived there for 1.5 yrs & broke our lease just to get away from the crazies!! The office staff told tenants to CALL THE POLICE on my 10 yr old child for CLIMBING A TREE!!! The pool is constantly closed b/c they don't hireā¦Ā See More >Mamasita25

Uh not so great
WAY WAY and may I reitterate WAY overpriced for what you get! Modest size apartments. The quality of the area is taking a nosedive. Rent crept up to $685 for a two bedroom/one bath!! You can get a lot more elsewhere. PRONEā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nice community...a little crowded
I've been living in this apartment a little over two months. The place is a little old so it smells weird on the stairs, but if you get a recently renovated apartment like I did then that's not really an issue. The maintenance crew isā¦Ā See More >Franklin Park Garden Apartment
