I moved into apartment in 2011. It had a new refrigerator, stove, diswasher, carpet, window blinds and was freshly painted. I have had no issues with other tenants. Apartments are larger than average for the age of the complex. Parking is in front of the building. Have had to call maintenance twice, first issue was fixed the next day; for the second issue maintenance arrived the next day, found the problem, ordered parts and was fixed the next week. Maintenance person was competent and friendly. Rent is fair market rate for the age of the complex and the location. I have not had any issues with other tenants. Another reviewer complained about tenants who receive government funding. It is true that there are tenants who are either retired or disabled and thus receive social security, some also receive government pensions, either for career service or injured while serving in the military. Though it should be noted that to refuse housing to the retired, disabled, or veterans is illegal. The management does enforce lease contracts, as is standard in most apartment complexes in the suburbs. I would recommend these apartments to a friend.
