I will say that the negativity in these reviews is a bit overwhelming yet some of it is understandable. I have been here since my bldg was completed. I am the first tenant there & that was one of the big draws for me. ISee More >

Each apartment gets only one parking space. This was not a problem for me but for people with more than one car or if you have a party, it's kind of a pain in the butt. The walls (and floors) are thin as anything. See More >

We moved here last May (2007) and signed a one year lease. We are currently looking into other apartment complexes in the Albany area because we would prefer to have the dining area separate from the living area, and the rent a little lower.See More >

They steal as much of your deposit as they can when you vacate, especially if you tell them that you are moving out of state. I've never lost a deposit in the past 8 years of renting and feel cheated because they told me uponSee More >

Q: How are pets treated by management and neighbors?
Anonymous
Answered on: 11/12/2018
A: You are pretty much screwed if you have a pet from the get-go. Don't expect any of your deposit to be returned to you if you have a pet.
Anonymous
Answered on: 11/16/2017
A: Management was nice. However, they will nickel and dime you on the security deposit when you move out. Neighbors mind their own business, didn't really interact with any at all.
