The apartments themselves are a decent place to live even though they are old and creak a lot. They also have very thin walls and floors, you can easily hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors. However, the management makes this place an unreasonably difficult place to live in. The laundry room does not have enough washers and dryers and most are broken. The management is not timely about labeling or fixing them. They also conduct more room inspections than any Cornell affiliated dorms. They are disorganized about sending out emails. They do have a bus but be prepared to walk because the bus is not always running. There are much better places to live in the area and in collegetown. I would not recommend living here. There have also been a lot of safety issues at Gun hill that Cornell Alerts does not report about.
