The apartment was in decent condition, albeit somewhat old with a lack of grounded power outlets. The kitchen was small but managable, although the refrigerator obstructed the entranceway to the room even when closed. We had a 2br apartment with one bedroom a little smaller than the other. I was never able to find a way to make the provided furniture in the smaller bedroom fit properly, always having to block the closet door with the bed, desk, or dresser. The parking is reserved by number, so guests may have a hard time, but I always had my spot. The church across the street had a usually empty parking lot but was rumored to tow (although I never witnessed it).

My major complaint was the security deposit. We were told that we needed to shampoo our carpet, so we rented a shampooer and went over it three times and provided the management with our receipt. Nonetheless, we still had $500 taken from our security deposit for "carpet shampooing" and for "painting the walls", which we left *exactly* as we found it.

Overall, it was an okay place to live, but be VERY careful with your security deposit. They will rob you of it.
