When i came to check out this apartment complex i was excited. To me it was the best i had looked at in the Liverpool area (one bedroom). I really like the layout its smaller sq ft wise than others but its really open, eat in kitchen is big with nice cabinets appliances and flooring , bedroom is really big, small storage room inside the apartment, and its close to everywhere. Everything seemed great so i signed up and moved in. After a few days i started hearing everything!!! I can hear every foot step from the people upstairs and they are just walking around not stomping or running, the ceiling/floor for them upstairs is so thin i can even here them talking clearly make out what they are saying if i don't have the tv or radio on. You can hear it when everyone in the building turns on the water every time, oh and the heat in the winter is constantly popping and creaking and pounding in the walls. If there is someone in your building that likes to be loud( which im sure every building has one at least ) Your going to hear them too( radio, pounding, yelling, etc.), no matter which apartment they are in. SO therefor i guess maybe if you get a top floor apartment ( which is always a pain to move in to ) you might not have so much noise but, im sure you will have some. other wise maintenance is fast and friendly, office girls and great and kind, parking can suck at night but you find a spot somewhere. Im going to move out when lease is up. Don't really even want a top floor unless they give me a really good deal. This is my experience hope that this helps.
