The building is kept very well by the staff, much better than in recent years. The apartments are nice, generally have big rooms as most buildings did in the 1970s when this building was built.
The noise in the building is pretty bad, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, those who live above, below and next to you. The units have virtually no insulation to protect against weather or noise.
If you're a dog owner this is the place for you, but if you're not, you should not live here. Dogs rule the roost at The Broadway. It's very common for dog piss or puke the be in the elevators, barking is non stop and when it gets wet outside the whole building smells like wet dog.
