Ever since the ----------- (the previous Super) was not involved in the building (due to an injury), The Broadway has never looked and been maintained better. The new super ------- has been with The Broadway as long as I can remember, and as a resident of The Broadway he has done an incredible job stepping up to the plate.
Some of the issues that never got resolved in the past which are now much better.
Many of my work orders have been addressed the same day.
Hallways are clean and neat.
No garbage left around the basement and random scraps of furniture and metal.
A normal amount of heat in the winter.
Friendly door people Joel and -------.
Beautiful garden and plantings around the building to make it look nicer.
Here are the building assets
1. Close walk to the train station.
2. Across the street from the beach
3. Reasonable rental prices (compared to avalon)
3. Parking available.
4. Quiet apartments
5. Dog friendly.
In a place which is very in demand, this is a near perfect building. IT doesn't have balconies or a pool, but you have the beach. I have lived-in the building for over seven years. There are many single people and families who are in the same boat.
The proof is in the pudding. If there are many people who live in the building for a long time, and have not moved out, there must be something good there.
