I do not enjoy it. We have had too many issues with people who live in the building and the management team was not a lot of help resolving. Too much lack of communication. We had to send multiple follow ups to even get a response. On top of that, they are way too worried about attracting new renters than keeping the ones they have. I have lived in the city for 16 years, lived in my last apartment for 7 years and I cannot wait for my lease to be up to move out.
