On my floor the trash room is clean, the laundry room is always empty and there is literally no noise or partying going on. There is however someone who likes to call the doorman when my roommate and I decide to listen to our music at a very reasonable volume which is a huge pain in the [email protected]@ - I would prefer they knock on our door and we can find a suitable volume or at least find out when they are going on vacation so we can have a party.
