Pros:
Decent size apartments for the price you pay.
Allow upfront payment of extra rent to cover salary deficit.
Some of the front desk staff were friendly.
Cons:
$30 lock out fee
The sun deck was closed for the 12 months I was there (I am told it is still closed 6 months after I moved out). Same goes for the Sauna.
Very loud AC (I was told many stories as to why this was the case)
Management company was not helpful.
Facade revitalization meant noisy living conditions. (Compounded by the sub-par insulation)
Outdated laundry machines constantly broken
