I see a lot of bad reviews on here about the building manager, -----------. Well, I've met the guy and it's obvious why everyone (probably all old dudes) has their panties in a twist about him: the guy is a Golden God! Sure he's aSee More >

Here's the thing about Murray Hill: it's for regs and normies. Regular people with stable jobs, money from parents, and hidden vices and addictions like everyone else. It's not for art stars, fancy gays or people with bumper stickers on cars like "Kill Your Television."See More >

They turn the heat off at winter! Often! The management sets the computers so the heat wouldn't come up when it's suppose to AND the building is ridiculously overpriced!See More >

I did not live in this building because ----'s arrogance turned me away. I had the displeasure of meeting him while I was checking out some apartments in the building and I must say, he was the coldest, rudest, most sarcastic man I ever met.See More >

We lived there for nearly five years, and first I would say living in the Anthem and dealing with the aforementioned constant BS seriously tainted our experience in NYC for the negative. The Anthem is ideal for recent college graduates, as well as peopleSee More >

My bedroom is way too loud. The heating doesn't work properly and they don't turn it on on time, when it's below a certain temperature outside. That is probably b/c the heating is included in the rent. I have to wait for 15-20 minutes to get theSee More >

these apts are noisy, overpriced for tiny spaces, are poorly constructed and the building mgr is difficult to work with. only positives are the fabulous doormen/workers, open kitchens and the views. probably better for a share situation.See More >

I face south and this is the first apt. in NYC that I have actually been able to sleep. there is zero noise due to the fact that there is no street behind the building. the service is great and a wonderfully kept building.
